Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Order verification may be completed by phone or WhatsApp.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Cash on Delivery
- COD is available throughout Pakistan.
- Full payment is due upon delivery.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims.
Delivery Failure
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or refusal may result in future COD restrictions.
